General Provisions

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• If a technical error occurs in any game result, the associated bet will be considered void and the funds will be returned.
• If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of the ongoing game will be determined according to the server's records.
• It will not be possible to place a bet that exceeds the account limit during a game.

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

• There may be an opportunity to cancel or change any bet before the match begins, based on specific rules.

Prohibited Activities

• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using another member's account information or attempting to collect their personal data.

• Exploiting technical errors on the platform and concealing information related to them.
• Exchanging account or payment information with other members.
• Forcing or enticing anyone into gaming activities.

Account Suspension and Closure

vvx3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

A member may voluntarily close their account at any time. In this case, the valid balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms. Bonus funds will not be returned.
